Exam and Eligibility?

The PMI- PMOCP exam comprises of:

• 120 questions | 2 hours.
• 10 hours of PMO training. 
• Domains: Organizational Alignment, PMO Strategy, PMO Design, PMO Performance, PMO Improvement, People and Leadership.
• The PMI’s PMO value ring methodology.
• Prerequisites: 3+ years of PM/PMO experience (recommended).

Application Process

• Create a PMI Account on the PMI website.
• Provide information about your project management familiarity and experience.
• Mention your role and tasks performed while handling projects, with permission from your manager to make use of those projects.
• Fill the online application form.
• PMI will examine your application to make sure it follows the eligibility criteria.
• Once the application is accepted, pay the exam fee.
• Choose the schedule for your exam.
• Take the exam either online or in the Person Vue Testing Center.
